Blizzard poster Bashiok writes on the World of Warcraft forums that the ability to kill other players without their consent (also known as PK’ing) is not going to be a part of Diablo 3’s gameplay as it was in the previous two iterations of the series.
While the removal of PKing may be disappointing to some, it’s good to know that they’re actually planning to implement a full fledged PvP system to replace the old murder sprees.
Hope it will be just like in WoW

This is pretty great. Ppl that get off PKing diablo and BSing in starcraft, etc etc, they’re assholes. it’s just a douchey way to play
