1. When you take a photo to your mobile, you can load it into computer of Liberty City Police department, and find information about a man on this photo.
2.In the begining Other islands are surrounded, ostensibly because of threat of terrorism.
3.When the automobile signal system will be alarmed, policemen in this area will be informed on it.
4. Rockstar confirmed that, tuning of the vehicles will not be able in GTA IV.
