On official site we found hidden map of the Liberty City from GTA 4, where you can see all streets and airport. I have found something interesting - look at the left bottom bridge. Isn’t looks strange? It looks like its broken, or something like that.

No, the Holland tunnel is further downtown. Look at how it’s right under that port. It’s right under what looks like the 51st st ship terminal and right above that little nook thing that would be Chelsea piers. So that would make it the Lincoln Tunnel.

The bridge IS broken. I looked around on youtube for gameplay vids and found at least one where you are driving a car fast over a broken long bridge with big holes in it that you jump uver on jumps kinda things. So there will probably never be running traffic over there but you can get over - in a veachle. You can’t walk over.
